FIRST TUESDAYS

Looking at the fact that the only time residents of East Somerville had the opportunity to get together was at community meetings, the ESMS Promotions Committee in 2009 launched a monthly after hours social: “First Tuesdays."  The idea:  have fun in your neighborhood, check out businesses, meet your neighbors and local business owners, and invite new people to East Somerville!

Among the places First Tuesdays has traveled are Sullivan Square Liquors, with a wine tasting, Casey’s Bar and Grill, Mount Vernon Restaurant, Rodizio Brazillian Grill and Fasika Ethiopian Restaurant.
