Spring Clean-Up .....................................................................................................................................................................................
In conjunction with the 2009 city-wide clean-up, more than 50 East Somerville Main Streets volunteers turned out to make the neighborhood sparkle for spring.
In 2007 and 2008, East Somerville Main Streets organized a holiday lights competition among businesses along Broadway from the McGrath Highway to Sullivan Square. Other than winning a prize, businesses had the opportunity to give back to the community by creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere.
