Summer Block Party Series
We are bringing the best of Carnaval to East Somerville this summer! Join us on Illinois Ave and at 115 Broadway for live music, food, activities, and more! Free for the whole family.
SUNDAY
JULY 23rd 4-7pm
Enjoy live music from Raffael Mendes, a Brazilian Country singer. Food will be provided by Gauchao and Los Toritos serving up hamburgers, meat skewers, coconuts, and pina coladas. There will be family activities like jenga and corn hole in the Library Courtyard and more to be announced! 115 Broadway and Illinois Ave
SUNDAY
AUGUST 20th 4-7pm
Enjoy music and dancing with A Trike Called Funk. Food will be provided by Michette and Rincon Mexicano, serving up pastries and tacos. Drinks will be served by Small Change Beer. There will also be family activities with event them and some others including face painting, tattoos, vendors, and more.
Our event will take place at 115 Broadway and Illinois Ave.

SEPTEMBER 10th 4-7pm
Our final block party will have a "Back to School" theme. We'll have music, games, and a variety of activities. Marlon's Barber will be offering haircuts, and Master Brad Rogers will be showcasing martial arts performances. Food will be provided by Gauchao and La Brasa!
