Halloween Block Party

This annual block party is one of the many initiatives we have to revitalize the E Cross St area and Chuckie Harris Park. The event hosts families and local nonprofits to enjoy Halloween themed activities and enjoy a beautiful fall weekend. Check out pictures from past years below.
